Part-Time Written Communications Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an all rounder communications expert to join our Sydney team to help us deliver a clear and effective message to our audience.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Developing effective content strategies
  • Writing great content and articles for our website and blog
  • Website maintenance and messaging
  • Writing newsletters
  • Copyediting
  • Handling marketing communications including advertisement copies
  • Creating content for social media
  • Keeping the knowledge base portal up to date


Who we’re looking for

  • You are a journalism and communications graduate or student
  • You’ll have exceptional oral and written communication skills and are able to develop engaging content
  • You’ll “get” social and intuitively know how to get our message out to the right audience
  • You’ll be a sharp thinker with academic results your parents are probably very proud of
  • You’ll be a person who we can trust to always be waving our flag within the startup community
  • You’ll have a very strong attention to detail
  • Experience in web design and Photoshop is a plus
