The Sales Executive is responsible for closing new home improvement professionals each month on a subscription based advertising program by managing their pipeline of leads, qualifying potential buyers and demonstrating the value of the Houzz Pro+ program to them, primarily over the phone. Our professionals will largely consist of small and medium sized businesses, based in Australia and New Zealand. Working with a family like and well established sales team, you will mostly be provided leads but can also source your own to help you smash your targets. You will also be given ongoing sales training from basics to advanced to keep you up to date with the best industry practises and make of you the ultimate consultative sales professional.
What we’ll need from you:
- Impeccable verbal and written communication and phenomenal interpersonal skills
- Able to follow a pipeline of many leads and manage your own schedule and motivation levels
- Previous sales, or customer support experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
- Tech savvy
- Verifiable track record of success
