Job Description

We are taking expressions of interest from highly ambitious and driven individuals to work in operations in upcoming roles.

Please note there is no start date at this moment and if you are interested in what we are doing and would like to get involved we would love to hear from you and have a chat.


About Operations

Specific areas of focus is in the near term is booking management however the range of tasks is diverse and you will never have a dull moment.

The type of person we are looking for someone who really cares and passionate about what we are building and has skills that could help in operations and grow the business.

You would be starting in at an entry level position with the expectation you would grow quickly.

About BookWell is an online platform that connects time poor consumers with beauty, health and wellness services across Australia. Our goal is to provide consumers with a diverse range of salons and a quick and easy way to book in an appointment.

Established early 2016 in Melbourne, BookWell saw early success and has since expanded Nationally.

Who is behind the business

Matthew Dyer – Co Founder, General Manager

Matt founded in 2010 which merged with in 2015 to form Menulog Group. Menulog Group sold to in 2015.

Nathan Airey – Co Founder, Sales & Operations

Nathan founded in 2011 before being acquired by Catch Group in 2012 and joining the EatNow team.
