Full-Time Operations Manager (Mel + Syd)

Job Description

Welcome to Jarvis! We’re a personal butler service that aims to automate all our clients’ chores, from groceries to cleaning.

We’re currently operating across Melbourne and Sydney and having been growing rapidly since the start of the year, with several hundred clients in each city – to help us manage this, we’re looking for someone to manage day-to-day operations in Melbourne and Sydney in a full-time capacity.

This will job will involve coordinating with clients and butlers to align schedules, dealing with day-to-day problems (think butlers cancelling, client problems etc.), assisting with recruitment of butlers and other miscellaneous tasks required to keep operations running smoothly.

Specific job requirements include:

  • Autonomous, and able to work independently
  • Organised and diligent
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and butlers on the phone and via email
  • Flexible and able to handle a variety of novel operational challenges as they occur as well as work with constantly changing technology and systems.

Our ideal applicant will also:

  • Be a good culture fit with the team
  • Be a hard worker and be willing to put in the hours and get hands dirty
  • Be a strategic thinker with an ability to shape the end-state processes, systems and technology required for operations to run efficiently

Compensation will be a $45k base annual salary.
