Our goal at The Change Compass is to improve the experience of employees and customers through a scientific approach to managing change that results in better outcomes.  We believe that Change is not ‘soft and fluffly’, is data-led and shapes business performance directly.  We do this through developing scientific approaches to plan for change impacts on the organisation, through an enterprise tool – The Change Compass.


What you’ll be doing

This is your opportunity to shape a growing startup.  You will be coached and mentored by a highly experienced industry expert in change management.  Your focus will be providing a range of business analyst support to develop the product as well as supporting marketing activities and customer enquiries.  In particular some of the tasks you will be involved in include:

  • Writing requirement specifications for product development
  • Work with developers in executing tool improvements
  • Develop a range of marketing collateral and content
  • Conduct product testing and identify bugs and improvements
  • Support customers in answering enquiries
  • Conduct data analysis


The ideal candidate

  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate student in the last year of studies and is able to devote roughly 2 days a week (less during exam periods) for 3 months
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation and written)
  • Strong analytical skills (data analysis, problem solving)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and energetic
  • Business acumen – with an interest in Change Management
  • Good attention to detail



  • This is an unpaid internship for an aspiring business professional who wishes to learn about Agile, Change Management, Project Management and Startup development
