Full-Time Growth Hacker / Digital Acquisition Marketer – SaaS Product

Job Description

Our product has a true international audience and is opening up new markets to our clients who simply couldn’t access them before. Working with existing websites, our SaaS product provides a website localization service allowing our Clients to quickly and easily reach an international audience, locally in over 45 countries. It even ensure that all international content  is search engine friendly and allows advanced users to segment content display to their audiences too.  

Due to our success we’re now searching for an experienced Growth Hacker with previous SaaS experience to join our Sydney team. You’ll be truly focused on traffic, conversion funnels and related metrics – relentless and highly motivated, you’re experienced in using data to design growth strategies and running experiments that yield real results.  Supported by a wider, globally located team, you’ll have full ownership in this hands-on role.

What you’ll be doing:

  •  Optimise and drive success in all aspects of the user interactions from first visit to onboarding and throughout the funnel.
  •  Use data to design and conduct growth strategies and experiments including extensive A/B testing, performance and conversion optimisation.
  • Regularly talk to clients and understand  user journey and identify possible bottlenecks.
  •   Develop and manage all aspects of CPC, CPA, CPM, SEM (PPC) and SMM (paid) campaigns.
  •    Track data and analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in a similar role, ideally with a SaaS product in a creative and entrepreneurial culture.
  •  A true data junkie, you’ll know how to use it to develop innovative growth strategies and to quantify and demonstrate results. We’re talking deep in the data, not a surface overview.
  • Naturally, you’ll have a deep and broad understanding of A/B testing, performance and conversion optimisation, plus customer on-boarding.
  • To be able to write well enough that, should you need to, you can edit or write small copy snippets.
  • A demonstrable fascination with industry trends, best practice and the latest, most innovative ideas in internet marketing.
  • Have a genuine obsessive love of data and growth resulting in you being highly self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Be a great communicator, collaborator and a genuinely nice person
