We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager who will lead our efforts to deliver an amazing experience for our clients.

You will:

  • manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts at the senior executive level
  • provide strategic guidance to our customers to assist them to achieve successful outcomes
  • lead our customer onboarding and implementation projects
  • work with our product team to improve user experience on our products
  • take responsibility for customer issue resolution

We expect the success candidate will have:

  • demonstrated professional experience in consulting or client service with corporate clients
  • an ability to win confidence and credibility at a senior level
  • prior experience with the B2B technology sector and with SaaS products
  • a willingness to learn and a desire to take ownership of the role
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills

A law degree or a legal background would be highly advantageous.
