HotDoc is a series-A funded software startup that helps promote better health outcomes for all Australians by improving the way that patients and doctors communicate. We’re passionate about building products that have real impact on patient health outcomes and delivering services that support the sustainability of Australian healthcare.

Our team is continuing to grow after tripling in size in the past twelve months, and we’re now on the lookout for junior Account Managers to join our team as Customer Onboarding Managers. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to take the first step in a new career in this phone-based role.

Customer Onboarding Managers play a vital part in the customer journey and help to train new customers on how to get the most value out of HotDoc’s services. You’ll handle inbound queries related to setup and configuration (especially for high value customers), and you’ll ensure rapid activation of new accounts through a rigorous but friendly follow up process. Finally, you’ll also fulfil delivery of hardware orders, welcome packs and other clinic send-outs.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you can demonstrate the following:

  • You’re a socially conscious person: You want to be in a role that positively impacts Australian healthcare
  • You’re passionate about providing excellent customer experiences: You’ve had experience working with customers in either retail, hospitality, healthcare, or technology
  • You’re at the early stages of your career: You have recently completed a degree and you’re looking to take the first full-time step in an exciting, new career
  • You’re a top-notch communicator, an A-grade troubleshooter: You have an excellent phone manner and strong written communication skills. You’re also and IT savvy and very comfortable with new technology
