Full-Time Client Services Specialist (Support)

Job Description

Our product is workflow and information management platform which will revolutionise the sector we operate in. We’re dedicated to providing our clients with a truly outstanding experience, therefore we’re looking for a ‘Customer Success Co-ordinator’ to join the team.

As a key contact for our clients, you will be working with them to ensure on-boarding is smooth and efficient, and providing basic technical and customer service support when required.

The role will see you:

Work with new clients to on-board them to our platform, and provide guidance on an on-going basis.
Providing customer service and basic technical support to new and existing business clients, via phone, email and our ticketing system (Jira).
Proactively highlight any suggested improvements to the Product and Development team.
Providing assistance in the development of support and training materials, if required.

What you’ll need:

Previous experience supporting users in a customer service or service desk role via phone and email.
A dedication to providing truly outstanding customer support.
An interest in technology and how it can provide value to people and businesses.
Possess a confident, ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn – we’re looking for someone who loves engaging with people and picking up new skills.
Brilliant verbal and written communication skills, combined with a love of creative problem solving.
Any experience with content management systems would be a bonus.
This is an integral role to our team that will see you solve problems, create and develop relationships with our clients, and help provide valuable insights to the business from your first-hand interaction with our users.
