PetBucket has been a leading online retailer of flea, tick and worm treatments since 2012, renowned for excellent customer service and unbeatable prices. With continuous strong year-on-year growth, PetBucket is looking for a B2B Account Manager to grow our wholesale division globally.

About the Role

As a new position in the marketing team, the B2B Account Manager will play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales volume. Using digital technology and analyzing sales data, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to think of creative ways to drive growth.

You will be the main contact for our B2B customers, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. You will have the opportunity to develop and streamline work practices to ensure new and existing customers are supported and engaged.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop effective strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
  • Be the point of contact for B2B accounts and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Work closely with marketing and support teams to engage new customers
  • Develop and streamline work processes
  • Identify trends and interpret data to increase performance

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience developing online B2B sales
  • Proven ability to develop strong business relationships
  • Strong knowledge of online retail and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally between departments and external providers
  • Strong understanding of analytics

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience + generous commission on sales generated. We also provide paid annual leave and the flexibility to take additional unpaid leave.

This is a full-time remote role, with the ability to work from anywhere in the world!
